Freet has four production lines for casing specially used for petroleum industry, with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons. We adopt the most advanced threading machines and numerical control machining equipment. The test pressure of the hydrostatic machine is up to 70 MPa.
According to API SPEC 5 CT and API SPEC 5B. The Max. Length of the pipe for hydrostatic testing is up to 14.63 meter.
There are more than seventy breeds of casing in total such as grades of H40, J55, K55, L80, N80 Type 1; N80 Type Q, P110, etc; sizes of, the threads of Short round thread (STC), Long round thread (LTC) and the Buttress thread (BTC).
